Optional ringing for Commonwealth Day

To mark the 10^th anniversary of the signing of the Charter of the Commonwealth by our Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, a Commonwealth of Nations Flag of Peace is being sent to every city in the UK to be raised on Monday 13^th March.  Throughout the day, there will be various ceremonies, culminating in an invitation to ring bells at 8pm.

A suggestion is that amongst any ringing done that day, and specifically for this event, a minimum of 10 whole pulls of Queens should be rung.
