Ringing practice at Whitehaven

St James Whitehaven are opening their normal practice night to a wider cluster of towers in the vicinity on Friday 31 March 2023, 19:00 – 21:00. Come and ring in an easily accessible tower with nearby ringers. There are 12 bells, so if you haven’t rung on ten or twelve bells before, now’s your chance to try something new.
Ringers of all abilities welcome, from rounds and call changes to six and eight bell methods. We will also spend some time focussing on Double Oxford Bob Minor and Plain Bob Major.
